During a period of time when DB Schenker were trying to manage with as few class 60 members as possible various forms of traction were trialed on the South Wales oil circuit including the use of the 59 fleet, on what was a bitterly cold 1st of February 2011 59201 catches the last of the low winter light as it passes Ram Hill with 6B33 Theale - Robeston discharged bogie tanks, by the looks of it the cows are less than impressed with the choice of traction!

Another recent recipient of a lick of DB Schenker red paint is 59203 seen here as it grinds up the incline at Pilning on the 5th of September 2012 with 6A83 Machen - West Drayton loaded stone

One of DB Schenkers GM rust buckets in the shape of 59203 rolls along the relief at Denchworth with an early running 7C48 Appleford - Whatley on the 2nd of February 2012, about time another pot of bright red paint was opened I think!

Making a guest appearance on this stretch of line 59205 passes Brent Knoll on the 24th of April 2011 with a weekend possesion train consisted of 25 loaded side tipplers, this working was 6W70 Westbury - Cogload via Bath and Bristol

Shortly after passing through Oxford 59205 approaches Hinksey Yard on the 4th of March 2011 with the empty 7C54 Oxford Banbury Road - Whatley bogie boxes

Shining rather nicely in the afternoon light 59205 slowly makes its way towards Patchway on the 4th of October 2010 with 6A83 Machen - West Drayton, although the GM machine looks rather tidy, when you look up close it is covered in several rust patches along the bodyside
